Originally from the heart of the Midwest, I’ve spent the past couple years between Vancouver, British Columbia and Seattle, Washington, building meaningful relationships, setting down roots, growing personally and learning about the world around me. If you’ve never been to the great nation of Cascadia, I encourage you to visit sometime. The air is nice and the people are pretty okay.

What is this site these days? A space I can call my own on the web. Somewhere to tell a story, give an update or rave about an event. Life is ever changing and my writing and interests will reflect that. While there is no well defined focus of the blog, expect to see updates about where my bicycle has taken me and what I’ve been up to, but also commentary on current events, the occasional technical musings and probably some cultural observations. At it’s core this is little more than an online diary. It could be worse, I just can’t think of how exactly.
